Training and nutritional principals.

Welcome to my blog for training and nutritional principals for my year 10 P.E class. After completing my fitness testing. It highlighted that I need to improve my power and cardiovascular capabilities. Now knowing that these are the two areas I need to work on I have created these fitness goals for myself.

Fitness and performance goals

  • Improve beep test results from 9.2 to 10.5 with the 8 week course.
  • Improve vertical jump from 54cm to 57cm within the 8 week course

I feel that these are goals are realistic and achievable and with the help of my teacher and training partners I am confident I can achieve these goals
